Return of Goods and Prepayment Refund

Return of conforming goods

This service is only available when placing an order in the online store and paying for it using the Seller's website at www.bakkoura.com.

When ordering Goods with customization of any level, it is impossible to reject the goods (order) and to refuse to pay for this order.

You can reject Goods at any time before the transfer thereof to the courier delivery service, and after the transfer of the Goods – within 7 days.

In case of delivery of the order by courier service to the address specified by the Buyer, the return of the Goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

Return of conforming Goods is only possible if its marketable condition (integrity of the seal and tag), consumer properties, the document confirming the purchase of the specified goods and the purchase terms, consumer packaging, and warranty obligations are preserved.

What to do:

Step 1

Fill out the Goods Return Request

The following must be attached to the request:

  • a copy of the Goods delivery note (in case of delivery by courier)
  • a copy of the payment receipt
  • a copy of the tag
  • photo of the Goods

Send your signed request to the following email address: info@bakkoura.com. Your request will be considered if all the information indicated in clauses 1-4 is present.

Step 2

Requests for the return of conforming goods are considered within 5 business days. The decision to accept the Goods and further instructions for transportation (if necessary) are sent in electronic form to the requestor's email address.

Step 3

You need to transfer the Goods to the Seller at: Moscow, 10 Nikolskaya str., floor 2, room 53. The transfer of the Goods to the Seller is made by appointment at: +7 (925)119-99-11.

If the Goods have been sent without the original copy of the signed Goods Return Request attached, the Goods will not be accepted by the Seller.

Step 4

The funds will be credited to your settlement account within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the Goods by the Seller. The Seller has the right to conduct an examination of the Goods, including gemological tests.

The funds are only returned to the settlement account of the person who placed the order in the online store. If, at the time of the return of the goods, the client's card has ceased to be valid (has been lost, has expired, has been returned to the bank), the refund can be made to another card of the same client, or to the client's bank account at their request. If the client does not have a settlement account, the client should open a settlement account with any branch of any bank.

Return of non-conforming (defective) goods

The List of Technically Complex Goods was approved by Government Decree No. 924 dated 10.11.2011. According to clause 13, mechanical, electronic and electromechanical wristwatches and pocket watches that have two or more functions are considered technically complex (sophisticated) goods.

The Buyer who bought non-conforming Goods, unless it was stipulated by the Seller, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of such goods has the right, at their discretion:

  • to refuse to execute the sale and purchase agreement and claim a refund of the amount paid for such goods
  • either to submit a claim for its replacement with goods of the same brand (model, article) or with the same goods of another brand (model, article) with the corresponding recalculation of the purchase price.

After 15 (fifteen) days from the date of transfer of such goods to the Buyer, these claims are subject to satisfaction in one of the following cases:

  • detection of a substantial defect of the goods;
  • violation of the defects elimination terms for the goods as established by the Law of the Russian Federation dated 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 "On Protection of Consumers' Rights";
  • inability to use the item of goods during each year of the warranty period for a total of more than thirty days due to repeated elimination of its various defects.

Transportation of non-conforming goods to the Seller is carried out at the expense of the Buyer. In the absence of a filled out original copy of the request in the parcel, the Goods will not be accepted for examination. If a defect is detected as a result of the quality examination, the Seller will refund the money for the goods transportation if there is a receipt for payment of transportation costs in the parcel.

After the acceptance of the goods by the Seller, an examination of the quality of the Goods and detection of defects will be carried out. If the defect of the Goods is confirmed by the conclusion of the expert organization, the Seller, with the consent of the Buyer, will refund the money or replace/ repair the Goods.

If, as a result of the examination of the goods, it is established that its defects resulted from circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the costs of conducting the examination, as well as the storage and transportation costs associated therewith.

Step 3

The funds will be credited to your settlement account within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the Goods by the Seller. The funds are only returned to the settlement account of the person who placed the order in the online store. If, at the time of the return of the goods, the client's card has ceased to be valid (has been lost, has expired, has been returned to the bank), the refund can be made to another card of the same client, or to the client's bank account at their request. If the client does not have a settlement account, the client should open a settlement account with any branch of any bank.

Please note!

The Seller reserves the right to dismiss the request and refuse to accept the return of defective Goods in the following cases:

  • expiration of the warranty period (for watches, the warranty period is 3 years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer);
  • presence of mechanical or other damage;
  • presence of signs of exposure to high temperatures and chemicals;
  • presence of evidence of technical repairs carried out by the buyer or a third party;
  • improper care of the Goods which led to the loss, chipping or discoloration of inserts, a change in the color of enamel or metal, as well as other defects that resulted from improper use of the Goods;
  • the Goods did not fit the Buyer due to individual factors;
  • absence of necessary documents.

Prepayment refund

This service is only available when placing an order in the online store and paying for it using the Seller's website at www.bakkoura.com.

When ordering Goods with customization of any level, it is impossible to reject the goods (order) and to refuse to pay for this order.

The Buyer can reject the goods (order) before the transfer thereof to the delivery service.
